Issey Miyake - L'eau D'Issey Pour Homme

Issey Miyake

The fresh, woody aquatic fragrance boasts of a powerful citrus opening with the Yuzu fruit which is a hybrid of mandarin orange and ichang papeda. The fragrance then develops to a softer and muskier scent from the floral elements, the sandalwood and Haitian vetiver. The perfect blend of citrus, spices and wood scents.

L'eau D'Iseey Pour Homme was first launched in 1994. Although shown to perform best in the summer, Issey Miyake uses these rare and uncommon ingredients to fulfill a sense of timelessness, perfect for any occasion.

An introduction of two new flacons was presented in 2009 with L'eau D'Issey Pour Homme and L'eau D'Issey Pour Homme Intense. The colour schemes of the flacons allow for a conneciton between modernism and natural.

My Personal Opinion

I have used Issey Miyake fragrances since 2012. The first fragrance I got was the L'eau D'Issey Pour Homme Intense. I instantly fell inlove with the house. I only recently purchased the L'eau D'Issey Pour Homme Eau De Toilette as I wanted something new. The fragrance is so fresh, its potent and definitely an attractive compliment magnet. The fragrance is strong enough when it soften to allow for subtle yet powerful aroma in your intimate space, but is not overpowering to where the fragrance becomes nauseating.
